Clear buyer terms
Insured delivery, tracking, insurance and export handling are quoted for the destination and declared value. Ratnapura collection or Bangkok/JTC handover can be arranged by appointment.
International bank wire is the preferred sample method. Verified bank and SWIFT details appear only on the confirmed invoice. Payoneer or another method is offered only when active and stated on that invoice.
Notify Fonseka Gems within three days of tracked delivery. A return needs prior approval and the gemstone, weight, condition, report and packaging must remain unchanged. Final terms will be confirmed before launch.
Buyer-country import duty, VAT, customs inspection, intermediary bank fees or local clearance charges may apply. They are not included unless the invoice states otherwise.
